How does Peekigo work?
Take a photo of an artwork, monument, or explanatory label. Peekigo recognizes what you are viewing and offers personalized audio narration tailored to your interests.
The app doesn't recognize what I'm photographing
Make sure your photo is sharp and well framed. Peekigo works best with good lighting. If the issue persists, try moving closer to the subject or photographing the label next to the artwork.
I can't hear the audio
Check that your phone volume is on and silent mode is off. You can also use headphones for a better experience in cultural sites.
How do I manage my account and credits?
From the Settings tab in the app, you can manage your profile, check your remaining credits, and access your experience history.
